Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund & Returns Policy (“Policy”) is drafted to comply with U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and merchant processor requirements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Retail customers may request returns within 14 days of product receipt.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- Returned in original packaging
- Free from alterations or missing components
Return authorization must be obtained before shipping any item back.
2. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale returns are assessed case-by-case due to bulk handling.
Conditions:
- Items must be resaleable
- No damages, wear, or missing accessories
- Must request return authorization within 14 days
- Restocking fee may apply
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used/opened items
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom, special-order, or private-label items
4. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods
You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:
- Photos
- Videos
- Description of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe forfeits eligibility for a remedy.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error, we will issue a prepaid return label.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds:
- Are issued only after receipt and inspection
- Are processed to the original payment method
- Take 5–10 business days after approval
- Exclude shipping costs (non-refundable under all circumstances)
- Shipping fees for expedited delivery are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once a shipping label is created or the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Chargebacks
Customers agree to:
- Contact Supreme Distributor LLC to resolve disputes prior to initiating a chargeback
- Understand that fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued legally
9. Abuse of Policy
Supreme Distributor reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements if fraudulent or excessive return activity is detected.
